Tilal Al Ghaf is a mixed-use community being developed by Majid Al Futtaim. It lies between Downtown Dubai and the Al Maktoum International Airport. The community includes 355,000 square meters of green open spaces with interconnected parks and picnic grounds. At the center of Tilal Al Ghaf is a 70,000 square meter lagoon surrounded by 400 meters of open beachfront. Other water bodies are located throughout the area.

Each neighborhood has a distinct character and all are surrounded by unique themed parks with conveniently located mosques, play areas, shops, restaurants and cafes.

There is an exclusive community of 40 homes along the water’s edge comprising five- and six-bedroom villas designed in a minimalist architectural style.
